Wow! What an amazing guy. My wife and I were having issues with our engine block heater and he saved the day. I can’t thank him enough.
Tyrell went above and beyond to help us out on a weekend during our drive to AK. Literally saved the trip! What a guy!
I called Tyrell 2 times in the same week during a -40° cold snap. He was ready to help out in any way he could. A+++ would deal with Cowan repair any time.
I wasn't able to make it to this shop because of how far away I was. But the mechanic I spoke to was the most caring, respectful, and helpful one I've dealt with. He would have helped me, if I could get there, even though it was a last minute thing. I would highly recommend.
