So today, I had an appointment for 2:30 PM and the doctor never called back. I'm waiting to get a doctor's note for work. And now I will have to again go to the walk and clinic for the same appointment.
Dr. Albadoosh and Dr. Al Sakati are great. Very patient with kids as well. The clerical staff, one in particular, can be very rude. Not something you'd expect at a medical clinic.
We have used the walk in service multiple times, although it's incredibly busy, the service is great. Dr. Albadoosh and Dr. Al Sakati both were highly experienced, knowledgeable and helpful. If you are also using the walk in service then make sure you go there sharp at 8, because it fills up real quick and the wait time can sometimes be long.
