Dr. Al Badoosh has been taking care of me for several months now. He is quick and to the point and has managed to help me immensely since seeing him. The clinic is not fancy, the staff are clearly busy and likely overwhelmed with the amount of patients and paperwork and phone calls received daily. I see lots of bad reviews on here however, when I walk into the clinic I am there to see the doctor for medical help, not receive stellar customer service and a gold star. I can never get someone on the phone. 11:00AM in the day and it’s still saying that they are “closed for the day, please call back tomorrow”. It’s very frustrating when you have to go to the clinic to make an appointment and you don’t hear the phone ring once. There have been times I’ve been standing in the lobby and called and the phone doesn’t even ring.
Have been seeing Dr Rolfe for over 40 years. He has always been very informative and compassionate over the years. Very thankful for his care. Sherry has been great on the front desk , they are so busy but she takes the time to help you when needed .
I haven’t been able to contact Dr. Al-Sakati’s office for over 15 months or more. I don’t even know if she still is practicing(?). Theres an online booking system called Pomeleo that I have had an account for but when I attempt to book an appointment it says the clinic doesn’t allow appointments to be booked online..well then why is it even linked as an option on the website for the clinic? Why does it list the Cowan Clinic at all on Pomeleo? Did someone just create this system as an alternative to the fact the phone is neve... read more
