They replaced an electric service pole for me. They were fast, professional, and reasonably priced.
Exceptional service. I found out that the leaning utility pole on my property in Chicago did not belong to ComEd and that it was my responsibility to replace. After the shock subsided I called Jim Cowan of Cowan Electric. He was highly responsive and professional. One week later my leaning pole was removed and the new utility pole has been set.
Jim provided an immediate and transparent assessment of my concerns with my electric supply equipment. ComEd customer service was opaque. Cowan replaced my service pole before ComEd provided me with an ETA for a technician.
I have hired Jim for multiple jobs during the last 7 years. Cowen Electric has been incredible. They have always made room in their schedule for us and have been helpful in suggesting solutions to problems. They are very knowledgeable and have been doing this for longer than I've been alive. Pricing has been very fair. I would recommend Cowen to anyone!
