My sister had a terrible experience with this dealership. They are extremely rude and condescending. They also charged way more than the original estimate and gave no explanation why! The customer service is horrendous and the mechanic doesn’t have a clue. I highly recommend you avoid this GM dealership in Bowmanville.
I spent thousands of dollars of my hard earned money in order to fix up my 2014 Chevy Impala I was so happy to finally get it all fixed up but when they returned it to me the gigantic display screen in the middle of my dashboard no longer functioned.. I was astonished when the service manager got one of the technicians to call me to try to explain to me how it wasn't their fault when clearly it was after they messed with my camera to replace my trunk lid. By far the worst mechanic in Durham region. Do not trust them to work on anything. They took over a week to do breaks on a truck and broke parts in the process. Service advisor did not care and simply just said it’s the way it goes as well as giving 3-4 different reasons why it was taking so long. 7 business days for break pads is insane. Lies and so on from service advisor didn’t help. Update: Emergency break started to make noise when disengaging shortly after their repair. Now emergency break is broken as well. First time at dealership for service on my new car. Friendly and professional staff amaculate clean service section. Kudos to the shuttle driver as well !!! GREAT first impression!!!!
