We purchased our truck from Cowan and we have had it serviced by Cowan exclusively. Early on we had an issue with the engine that was not covered by warranty. Cowan went to bat for us with GM and in the end GM covered the cost of the repair. Our most recent issue was an intermittent one that Cowan was able to identify and repair. I would recommend Cowan as both a place from which to buy a vehicle and have it serviced.
Terrible shop that lie to customers to will not complete projects in time they say
By far the worst mechanic in Durham region. Do not trust them to work on anything. They took over a week to do breaks on a truck and broke parts in the process. Service advisor did not care and simply just said it’s the way it goes as well as giving 3-4 different reasons why it was taking so long. 7 business days for break pads is insane. Lies and so on from service advisor didn’t help.
Worked with Andy. Service was completed on time. Staff were friendly. No issues.
I just purchased a new 2026 Buick Encore GX. The car is great but I want to say something about dealing with Cowan dealership. This is my second car I purchased from Cowan. Like the first car I purchased I was completely satisfied. It all started with a sales person named Adam. Adam is not a high pressure sales person.
