Ok....I never write reviews but todav I had too!! Cowan is by far the best place to have ur vehicles fixed and well taken care of. I bought a new Traverse in July and had been hearing a loud clunk from the suspension for the past month...I took it in to Steve and he arranged to have it fixed. He kept me up to date on every step. Took my 3-year-old truck into Cowan to have an estimate done on the transmission.. the vehicle was showing a check engine code showing the control valve body was the problem. The both of the advisors told me there's a good chance there would be some Goodwill on the warranty as my vehicle is just over the warranty period for kilometers. I was then told it would cost me $150 to read the code and 450 dollars inspect the transmission after over a week they told me I needed a new transmission for $10,000 and there was no Goodwill... read more
