I brought my Chev Cruze in for what most would agree is straight forward repairs. A fuel injector, injector cleaning , throttle body service, plugs, transmission and coolant change.I was greeted by Steven Webster (service advisor). My husband and I bought our vehicle from this dealership thinking they would be good. Our experience with them has been awful! We have spent over $9,000 in repairs in the past year on our vehicle, and it still doesn't run properly. They take advantage of people who seem to be a pushover. I called to speak to the manager and she refused to speak with me! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Absolutely terrible customer service.
