I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional and discriminatory behavior exhibited by a staff member at the HOA office, Lady Rosemary. While speaking with another office worker, she told not to speak to my father because, in her words, “he doesn’t speak English.” This is both false and offensive. My father speaks English fluently, though with a slight accent.
