Staff amazing to work with. Attentive to resident. Beautiful and clean.
First and foremost, our bus needs better springs/more suspension under our seats because we all have joint/body pain. Most everything is good, but I would like heating in bathroom, and TV channels need larger screens.
Wonderful ambience, exceptional staff, exceptional residents, responsive staff and management to needs and wishes of residents. I have made many lasting friends in my two years of living here.I’m “living my best life.” My children and grandchildren feel welcome and agree with me.
Oh wow! It is like stepping into a 5 star hotel! It is beautiful and I am grateful to be here! It feels like home away from home and is never stinky or smelly. My room is comfortable. CNAs are well trained, professional, helpful, caring, kind, and friendly. There are lots of activities going on that are so fun and exciting (especially bingo). We have some great music programs. Some of the best events have been witches night out, pie night for family, breakfast with Santa, and an Easter picnic and egg hunt!
