NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased a house in August 2020. The previous homeowners scheduled a window replacement covered by warranty as the current ones were faulty. It is currently SEPTEMBER 2021 (yes, over a full year) and my windows have still not been replaced. This company originally came out and measured the window size incorrectly, resulting in needing to order a different set.
