Dr. Driver and his team is great. We tried a different optometrist in Andalusia and didn't get the same exceptional service we've come to expect at Covington Eye Care.
The entire staff was marvelous! From the receptionist to the technician to the doctor to the billing agent. I would especially like to recognize Ginny.She really went over and beyond by contacting my insurance carrier UHC to verify the coverage and make sure I got the benefits. I was entitled to. Her compassion and professionalism is something that’s rarely seen in today’s job force . It was such a positive interaction. I would highly recommend this facility
