Charges you a fee, a fee fee, a fee fi fo fum fee, an will tell you to unplug your freezer if you want a cheaper power bill. Charges the highest rates out of any company in the state, and the most fees. Rates double during certain hours of the day. First power bill with all fees and add ons they couldn’t explain or wouldn’t remove was $400 and we were gone half the month traveling and moving the rest of our stuff across country. I’m paying almost as much in fees as I am my power, doesn’t make sense, some months the fees are $75 extra added to my bill, why, make it make sense…I don’t recommend them, go to Alabama power
Worst company for electricity that anybody could ever have. I wish I could choose my electric company because I would have never picked this one. I can't tell you how many times my lights have been cut off because they closed the offices and the kiosk quit working and the automated phone payment goes down. But they don't care they're quick to shut your lights off. Or how many times a check has been mailed off to them and they wait two weeks to put it in so you're sitting in the dark.
