Ripped part of my trim off my house leaving a hole to my attic trimming the branch that I had not noticed had fallen on it's own, hanging on my low hanging power line. This company is a joke. If I could leave no stars I would. Paid $315 on 9/9 after going through a whole spill on 9/1 when I just paid yet another bill when they cut it off. Just got ANOTHER statement in the mail 9/18 for $700 something dollars. TWO reconnect fees being charge which makes no sense after paying it on 9/9. They want a $400 deposit for no reason what so ever. When you go up there they look at you like you are dumb and you ask for a manager and it seems like there is never one on site. They are a money scam. Alab... read more
Worst electric company out there do not buy or rent a house that is powered by Covington electric you will be scammed very bad. My latest issue is I made a payment 9-1-2026 and on 9-9-2026 they cut my power off even after payment. I was on the app looking at the charges and my payment history when she added it an... read more
