i went in through the emergency room. beware their doctors are not part of the hospital and no one will tell you. the hospital knows they are not part of their network. they say it is not their responsibilty but keystone says the hospital is suppose to tell you. you get a huge doctor bill because of it. the hospital assistant admin. told me that keystone said that they will "greatly reduce my bill" but keystone says that was never said.
