I had a sprained knee in a lot of pain, I asked nurse after test done if I could get something for the pain “ she said dr didn’t order anything take some Tylenol. Didn’t ask dr just wrapped my knee. Dr stayed in room a total of 5 minutes. I was not treated well . I pay good money on insurance in which pays y’all. This was unacceptable
RecommendedAs a patient with COPD and very susceptible to getting frequent bouts with pneumonia, I spent 9 days in CCH in January, 2018, and 12 days in February 2018. The NP & the ER nurses were super great and very professional in getting me processed and admitted to a room. The care from the nursing staff was excellent as I never wanted anything. They were super nice to me and performed their job in the most professional way. I'd like to name all of the people who cared for me, but I would leave someone out, as there was many of you.... read more

RecommendedDad was in bad bad shape Friday, pneumonia, copd and sepsis. NP Brian was top notch helping. He only left dad to check on test results. after he did a fantastic job stabilizing dad he called had him transferred to FGH. Dad had got to the point I feel like we was about to lose him, and without Brian I think we would have. Thanks Brian and CCH for relentless professional help.

Took my mother to this hospital- my mother has advanced dementia! Never, have I ever experienced such rude Incompassionate group of supposed professionals 😢 my mother was treated with no respect. RN Leanne Warren should not only be terminated, but, as far as I’m concerned she should have her nurse license revoked
