1st they never answered call and say leave msg but never returned call.
The ladies at the front desk were friendly, helpful, and polite. It didn’t take long at all to get the documents I needed from the state.
I was treated promptly. The staff were kind and helpful. We joked around which put me at ease. Very professional. Thank you for your help
Horrible customer service. Unhelpful
This place is such a joke. When we have an appointment we still end up waiting close to 2 hours before we are ever seen. I’ve called almost 15 times today just to get ahold of somebody to help with WIC. Nobody ever answers the phones!
