So far today I started calling at 8 am. Finally at 10:30 I just got dressed and went to their office because the phone line has been busy. Whenever I got there the door said that they were closed but I went ahead and tried to open it and whenever it opened loudly heard a dial tone in the background as if they have taken the phone off the hook immediately whenever I said hello the dial tone sound stopped and a woman come out from the little room and says the office is closed and that I will just have to call I showed her my p... read more
Sometimes it takes a little while to get an appointment but it is because of the hundreds of other people also trying to call. When you do get them they are very nice and always tell you what you need for your appointment.
ocap is a joke they dont answer phones so you can never schedule a appointment or get everything you need done to get assistance they dont try to help people they just like to collect government money and keep it instead of using it for the people like they are suppose to
