Lots of problems with this builder with mistakes in construction caused by hiring people who perform less than quality work. Result is problem after problem with homes. Water heater pressure gauges blowing, cement slab uneven, etc. Other homes have had flooding in garage and on wood flooring. Trying to get them to do anything on a punch list is a waste of time.
