Everything about my experience was just above and beyond! Chris stayed an hour late after closing just to make sure I left with what I wanted! First time going to a car dealership where someone did not hassle me while viewing vehicles and actually had the patience to let me come to them.
Jeff and Brad went above and beyond to get us out of our old car and Into a newer car. Process was smooth and fast from start to Finish, highly recommend for anyone looking for a great reliable vehicle at a very affordable price
The Covington Car Company are some straight disrespectful people I went to look at a vehicle couldn’t get good service in their parking lot so I went to their car shop next-door to get better service and a guy comes out and tells me I need to get out of that parking lot now! Bought a Nissan 350z from here, Chris is really helpful, talked to him about getting financed because majority of most banks won't give a full loan on older cars, but he new a bank that dealt with older cars with low mileage, and it worked out great. The car did have some cosmetic issues. Chris worked out a good deal, and I'm glad because I really like this car, plus these cars are hard to find with low miles and in decent shape.
