Our honda had a small plastic part pop out because driver caught a wooden post on our crv (got stuck) . Drove it to the Covington body shop and they worked on it right away. They took there time away from what they were doing and had me back on the road in minutes (putting the part back together) . The best, recommend them. Thanks staff for everything you do.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I think the manager or owner’s name is Casey. He is so childish and immature. Do not come here if you have been in an accident. He will give your insurance company hell and charge ridiculous fees.
Couldn't see the damage even up close when they were finished.
If you're looking for a baby in a man's body to poorly paint your vehicle. This is the place for you. Took my car in for repairs and 3 days later I was called saying it was ready for pick up. Paint was 2 different colors and not blended properly. He disagreed but also said it was the materials fault. Materials that he ordered. Took it back a second time. Called me 2 days later saying its done. Still the same thing. This time he blamed the insurance saying they wouldn't pay for extra blending work. That was not true, insuranc... read more
