Excellent Doctor l like everything about him and his practice.
My grandson sees Dr. Covington for asthma. Yes, sometimes the wait to see him is lengthy; however, when he is with us he never acts rushed. He is soft-spoken with a calm demeanor. He answers all of our questions/concerns and explains everything even if he has done so on a previous visit. My grandson has been very shy/hesitant around medical professionals, but he has learned he can trust Dr. Covington. As do I.
I had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Covington which I was reminded of several times. I arrived early and was placed in a room at the end of the hall and waited and waited and waited. I heard him come in and he must have started at the other end of the all but after 35 minutes I left. My time is valuable to me as well. I don't know why the nurse did not put me in the first room that he would be visiting since I was there before anyone else at that time.
We were in the Clayton office but let me start with at first, while the nurses were through and great the wait was quite awhile. Finally Dr. Covington came in...he spent so much time with my daughter....I realized it was worth the wait if this is how he is with his patients. We were able to do so much in one visit, even staying there several hours. Dr Covington was so thorough, coming in several times. One of the best experiences I have had with a Dr.
