“I came in for an oil change and tire rotation today. I paid $39 for the tire rotation, but when I got back to my car, I noticed the tires were still in the same position — the front tires were clearly more worn than the rear tires, and a scratch on my hubcap was still in the exact same spot. When I confronted the service advisor, he admitted they never actually rotated the tires. They only did it after I caught them. This is a VW dealership — I expected better.
