I literally had to call 3 times, spoke to the receptionist her names Vanessa, she act like she didn't even wanna help me, clicked on me twice and then put me on hold again and had to call again I reported yall for discrimination acts through the civil rights department, and also the BBB please train your staff better because if I would of recorded this whole incident and put you guys on blast through so media but for what! Hope to hear from yall soon!
Dr. Chow is the nicest most thorough Dr I’ve ever met. He’ll answer any questions/concerns you may have. His PA’s are well trained that you feel like you’re talking to Dr. Choe himself! They do an excellent in explaining in detail and anything you need to know about your procedure! Two thumbs up for this urologist!
