It took two hours and forty-five minutes just for an oil change. I later discovered that my car was already parked outside—it might have been there for quite a while. Went into Covina Kia to get my first oil change and was greeted right away. Was assisted by Emilio Quinonez and he was very nice and professional. I felt very comfortable being there. He made me feel very comfortable and I felt like I was in good hands being there. Waiting time was not bad for a Thursday. The time did go by fast. I definitely will be back.
After hunting for a car and going to very many dealerships. James A. Was so professional, kind and upfront. If it wasnt for his customer service and people skills I would have left. Alex the sales manager and Ashton in finance are fantastic too. They both went above and BEYOND! I NOW HAVE PURCHASE A WONDER AND BEAUTIFUL CAR!Thank you for treating me like a human. When I took my car to get serviced I was charged $70 for a cabin filter that I never approved and was never told about it. $25 for the filter and $45 for labor is a rip off!!!!!
