They took my vehicle in let it sit for 2.5 hours and then said oh we need to order the part. Bro knew it was a recall part and it was not in stock. Waste of my time.
I brought my car in for a diagnosis in September, and I was told it would take 2-3 weeks to identify the issue. It's now been 6 weeks, and not only have they still not figured out what's wrong, but it's been impossible to get in touch with my advisor – no one answers the phone when I call. I’ve been without my car for 6 weeks, and the inconvenience is incredibly frustrating."
I took my car in for repairs. George R was so helpful let me know what they were doing every step of the way. He made sure i didnt feel disrespect he was very honest polite. Reason i say that is because Michael another service person is the rudest disrespectful person i dont ever want to get again. So id you go get your car serviced ask for George R. He will treat you right and make you feel at peace.
In the past they've been quite helpful but recently their customer service has been lacking. The last time I was there they made a big deal because I showed up early to my appointment when I had asked the person scheduling me on the phone if it was OK and I was told it was. I got skipped on for check in and overheard the tech saying the shuttle was not in service because the driver had crashed it. Covina Kia in a nutshell - Completely incompetent communication. Issues that could've been completely avoided by being honest and up front by the service department. Really terrible ethics. Very shady handling of situations which give the feeling that everything at this dealership is handled poorly. Bad vibe to this place, and it is apparent that all of the staff are there to screw you out of your money any way that they can. Will NEVER return, and will NEVER recommend.
