Service department review: was told on phone loaner vehicles were on a first come basis, at 7am 9/22/26 at the Service desk i was told no loaners are given out. The young guy didn't understand English well, he was rude. I couldn't be stranded since I was told it would be a long process for multiple recall services to my EV6. His boss asked no questions or tried to solve the problem. Just called my car back and sent me home. Sales department are 5 stars its after they have your money is when the stars drop.
Dropped off my vehicle August 28th to check coolant reduction, inside panel rattling, and outside rattling issues. Was initially told 2-4 days for diagnostics. As of today, still no update and no loaner, so, had to go rent a car myself for a trip. Also extremely difficult to reach them when I call. Usually, the call gets dropped and goes straight to the voicemail after a few beeps.
