Angie was my dental technician today and she was very gentle and thorough.
I had a great experience at this dental office. The doctors are kind, professional, and take the time to explain everything clearly. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which makes every visit comfortable. The office is also very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for quality dental care and excellent customer service.
I would strongly recommend asking for a written treatment plan and itemized estimate before agreeing to any services at this office. I was charged for services I did not authorize or sign for. This dentist was legally and ethically required to obtain my informed consent before performing any treatment. They failed to do so. I came in expecting a routine cleaning and was charged $177.20 out of pocket with a PPO Debtal insurance. I have been coming to Covina Smiles for almost 10 years now and I am still loving it. From the staff to the doctors themselves, everyone here is so loving, patient, and fabulous! They truly care about your dental needs and they take the time to listen and help you resolve any issues you have. They have the state of the art equipment and they are even able to make crowns on the spot if needed. I highly recommend this dentistry, you won’t regret it.
