They closed permanently late October but still charged my credit card for November, and if you go on Yelp you'll see mine was not an isolated incident. I did not realize they were permanently closed because I kept driving by and they always had a sign out front "Closed for maintenance". By the end of November they were STILL "closed for maintenance", and when I checked my credit card account I saw a pending charge from them for December. I've been using this place for quite a while. It's very convenient and I pay an automatically-deducted monthly fee, which makes it so easy - I don't even have to take time to pay - just drive through! Yes, I just went there and saw that it was closed. I hope it opens soon. It's always been reliable up until now. I hope it's not an ICE problem. If it is, my heart goes out to them.
They’ve been closed for nearly 2 weeks, I have 2 memberships with them and I just had to pay $60 for the month when I haven’t been able to get a car wash. So disappointing. Will definitely be getting a refund and not returning.
