Super disappointed with the front desk ladies. I loved Dr. Peters and the back office assistants and would’ve continued coming back but they lost my trust. On my initial check up I signed up for a payment plan and agreed to all of the suggested work they recommended. I have been making my payments on time and showing up for all my appointments. I’m happy that I chose this office for my orthodontic work. Never thought my teeth would ever look this good. Dr. Lai is a professional. He takes time to listen to your concerns and he keeps you on track to that perfect smile. His assistants deserve a round of applause as well. They are quick and good at their job allowing me to squeeze in my appointments with an already tight schedule. For those who have the high level of anxiety about going to the dentist I would highly Recommend Covina Dental Arts. The staff from beginning to end were very understanding and accommodating and walked me through the process and that help me ease my fear and anxiety of being at the dentist.
