Dr. Metyas is fantastic. He immediately put me at ease, He explained his professional diagnosis of my condition and responded to my questions with kindness and empathy. Wait time was less than 5 minutes, staff was helpful and courteous. The PA was very knowledgeable.
When I first starting coming to this office everything was great - till I had to deal with the office manager Alex. What an egotistical horrible man. I've never dealt with an office manager of any type of medical office who enjoyed arguing with a patient - and really no argument on his end other than showing his 'authority'. He made preparing my disability forms for my job extremely difficult - the original office personnel representative Bernadette was amazing, fortunately for her she moved on to bigger better things.
