Ok live in Toronto and made an appointment on line to be tested in Abbotsford. I choose the offered time of 5:15. I made payment and received a confirmation for that time. When I went to the appointment they were closed. Apparently the time changed to 2:15. A time that I was not able to use and why I choose 5:15 pm as offered and confirmed. I sent emails in an effort to get my money back. No one has ver contacted me. Do not use this service. Their booking tool is faulty, the cost is high and their is no customer service.

Because our cruise ship no longer required a covid test after October 1st., I attempted many ways to contact this business to cancel my appointment. First, I called their telephone number. I was told the due to the changing regulations, they could not answer all of the calls. They recommend that I email them. I emailed twice with no response.
