Stay away. This is just a fly by night operation setup in a temporary office. They promised us a result in 36 hours which we needed for an upcoming job. It took nearly 4 days to get our results. Customer service didn't respond to emails when I asked for a refund and instead said that the labs were backed up and it wasn't their fault. Yet their own advertising says 36 hours or faster. And they push you hard to pay cash and not use insurance - saying it will be faster that way. It's faster and free to just go to a LA City or C... read more
