Avoid this place. Made an appt. Showed up a few minutes early, no one there, they never showed up. Called and was put on hold repeatedly while "I am looking into it" After a while I hung up and left. No follow up. Nothing. Thank you for wasting a couple hours of my time
Avoid this place. It is a complete scam. It promised one hour rapid antigen testing for travel. We even went to meet the supervisor to make sure that was the case. Instead, it took >9 hours for the results to come back. Called them 2 hours post the test when we hadn't heard from them and was put on hold for two hours then they hung up. Emailed them on both email addresses with no response. As a result we missed our flights and had to rebook the next day and take new covid tests. 3 weeks later still no refund. Nice people, super fast, etc. Only issue is that they didn’t have my confirmation as the system didn’t synch. But it cleared while I was there, so all set. Fantastic resource for Marin.
Update - got a full refund. This is not a scam, I just had a bad experience. Paid for 2 hour results, it as been 42 hours and nothing. I was able to get a non-expedited test with results in the meantime from another provider in less time. I didn't mind the long wait in line (got to my appointment 20 mins early, it took 1.5 hours) given the circumstances and if the results had taken 12 or 24 hours I could understand given the load, but simply not delivering the results is totally unacceptable.
