I called this number and some guy received my call , when I asked him , do you do free covid test ? He said kill yourself , die .What nonsense .
Very professional. Rapid test was immediate, PCR was in 40hours.
The ladies at the Brooklyn location are very nice, but I'm still waiting for my PCR test results more than 44 hours ago! They said within 24 to 36 hours, now going on 45 hours and counting...horrible. Also the "Support" email address doesn't work, it bounced back as "Spam" twice. I went to the Church Avenue location today 9/4/23, and the young lady was very helpful, she gave me my test results printed on the spot and sent them to my email so I could send to my boss, what a relief!
