The immediate area is quite industrial and we were unsure of where to go, but once we found our way, the experience couldn’t have been more smooth. The staff was very kind. Our 5 1/2 year old was overwhelmingly reticent and scared to receive a vaccine, but the staff was exceptionally patient, understanding and kind — even going out of their way to make our child feel as safe and comfortable as she could be (even beyond the screaming).
