The worst service ever! 2 appointments had to be canceled due to their system. It's not my mobile device. These zoom type meetings only benefit the physician! That doesn't help us vets when we're unable to join these mweting through there site/app. This company is making it harder for veterans!!!!
They cancelled my appointment twice. After a 90 minute drive I couldn't find the address. I had to call the main number because the two receptionists wouldn't answer the phone for directions. The doctor didn't know how to take my blood pressure or even how to pronounce medical terminology. The worse experience.
*PLEASE READ BEFORE WORKING WITH OPTUM SERVE* YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO WORK WITH SOMEONE ELSE. You do NOT have to work with Optum Serve (Formally know as LHI). The request WILL delay your claim process, however; When I sent up my formal complaint with the VA, they were able to get me a new contractor within three weeks. Do not give your business to a company that treats you like cattle. You are Marines, Soldiers, Airmen, Sailors, Guardsmen, Guardians, Veterans...
