Love this clinic and Kaiser. Go out if their way to listen and make sure you are taken care of. Couldn't be happier than with the care I receive here.
Long wait times.
My appointment was at 11:10am. I showed up early to fill out paperwork as requested, met with the nurse at 11:10am, & waited for my actual doctor for OVER 30 MINUTES. No one came in to tell me that it'll be just a few more minutes or to update me on why I waited so long. I wouldn't really have a problem had I not been told that my appointment was from 11:10 to 11:30, & yet there I was at 11:45, & my doctor still hadn't come in. Kaiser Permanente is Horrible!!!! I personally pay for my own insurance almost $400 per month! I've had it now for almost 6 months and they still haven't assigned me a doctor! I've been calling for weeks to try and schedule an appointment!!! They keep telling me that I cannot schedule an appointment since they have yet to assign a doctor to me. I say, ok, assign me a doctor, they say they've made requests and none of their doctors have responded. I say, I'm paying for a service and you continue to keep denying me any service... read more
HORRIBLE billing practices! I went in for a preventive care exam and had a prescription refilled at the same time. Preventive care exams are supposed to be free, but got a $234 bill because I had a prescription written. The doctor didn't diagnose anything, they just wrote the prescription. BEWARE OF KAISER!!!!!!!!
