I'm hoping this review will help others choose another company for their tests. Last year I scheduled a test for myself and needed to cancel well within the allowed cancellation period. There is no one to answer the phone and no one responds from their customer support email. I successfully disputed the charges with my bank. Do not go here, there are many other testing sites in Miami.

Is been awful, we paid for a PCR, and promise to received the test results in less than 24 hrs. No one has respond to our call or emails. From been a great company at the begining of the pandemic have become the worst one in MIAMI.

PCR drive thru. Fast, simple, and the woman in drive thru is very friendly. Will continue to come, not sure why so many have had such bad experiences....

Paid for rapid antigen tests for me and my wife and was promised results in 1 hour and never received my results nor a requested refund! And they don’t return emails. Clients beware!

They are good at collecting payments but nothing else. I made 2 appointments for my family members but had to cancel. So I cancelled as the company instructed on their website. Zero reply. I waited a week or so, contacted them again. Nothing. I had to dispute it via my credit card.
