Did not give us results in 72 hours despite giving the sample the earliest. Please do not seek this laboratory for COVID testing. No response to multiple phone call or emails. Worst service in the USA.
I don’t leave review normally but they really deserve a great review for going above and beyond to make my parents feel comfortable. All the staff members technical as well as administrative were so nice, helpful and sweet. Customer service was extremely prompt and very knowledgeable.
