Great staff. Very efficient and it was a quick process to get tested. The rapid test was communicated only via phone call, nothing in writing. The PCR test is emailed but results do not specify the CLIA lab number. I did call to confirm and they do not disclose that on the results. If you need to provide your results to another party, be aware of this. We thought we would use them for an upcoming trip, but their report of results does not meet the criteria for our trip.
I’d be aware that you need to submit a picture of a Driver’s License which may leak private information.
0 stars ,the worst place ever ,3rd time went there and they don’t give you the results . First time no results for my flight (thanks God I made it in some other place ).2nd time 2 days later no results ,1 h on hold and “oh sorry ,we will send it “. My husband went and guess what ,no results for few days ,he call them ,50 minutes on hold and they hang up . Do not waste you time please !
