UPDATE: Well apparently only health care workers are being permitted to be tested at this time. What's the point of a testing center if you can't get an appointment. Been calling for 2 days and the automated system just says there closed. If we are that backlogged for testing then we need a secondary testing center especially when not all employers are using rapid tests.
No one answers the phone at all
I’ve been trying to get a vivid test for a few days now and no one ever answers the phone even tho it says they’re open🤦♀️
Caution It was the worst experience I’ve ever had! A certain staff member was extremely disrespectful. It was jaw dropping. Kindness is free
