Where other hospitals provide patient records for free, Stevenson charges $89 annually for the same service l have CT scans ongoing due to cancer treatments and when l requested my port be used as access, l was told by the phlebotomist that they had no nurse to do this. A CT scan takes less than half an hour, but Stevenson requires you to show up two hours prior the procedure because rather than have the dye for the scan injected, they provide the dye diluted in a bottle of water so absorption takes much longer than making u... read more
Best hospital!!! Amazing staff and service.
The staff working at Stevenson Memorial Hospital in Alliston were some of the kindest, most professional, and gracious people that I have seen working in that environment under those conditions. I was beyond impressed with the care, compassion, and attention to detail, before, during, and after my surgery. I am thankful, grateful, and humbled by this experience. I hope and pray for great things for these people and their growing community.
This place is a dump! It deserves 0 stars. It is disgusting i dont even know why its still open. I am surprised this hospital has not been sued. Even the doctor was horrible that was looking after my mom. Nurses were rude. Place is very dirty. Unfortunately my mother died in that hell hole!
Dr. Deboeck is the most genuine doctor my family has had the pleasure to encounter in the er and fortunate to have such a compassionate doctor who listens to your concerns and addresses the medical diagnosis in a reassuring approach. Stevenson Memorial Hospital is so lucky to have such a caring doctor with an impeccable bedside manner and patience for his patients.
