My experience was great. The employees were so amazing and professional. I was anxious about the swab but it was done quick and painless. I was overwhelmed by the work they are doing for others and the care they put in to their work. The process was quick in and out within 15 min of appointment time.

First of all this place seems to have overbooked the appointments. When you arrive you have to stand in line to check in. After that you have to stand in another line to wait for your test. Normally not a big deal but the space itself is really small and is not meant to allow people to socially distance. The second problem is if you are bringing someone younger than 12 for a test, you have to stand in another line to 'register' as a guarantor. Efficient and mostly pleasant health care workers. There are 8 sampling cubicles in the centre if I remembered correctly so it is not a spacious place. You get a ticket to enter the designated parking lot and you will be given a replacement ticket after the process is done.
