I scheduled my appointment. Was given excellent instructions on where to park, what to bring with me and general directions. Showed up for my appointment 15 mins ahead of time, as per the instructions. Met with kind, efficient staff who instructed us on how to proceed. I did not have to wait long. Excellent social distancing in terms of seating placements. There was a cleaning person on hand who disinfected all the seats. The test was done quickly and easily. Loved the attitude of the staff. I can understand that making appointments only is a good way to have people not wait so long unlike drive in/walk in. But even with the appointment, I still waited over 1 hr to get tested.. so I don’t see the point in having appointments then.

Testing centre is good and is fast. They do warn you it can take up to 4 hours with signage. I have been tested here twice already. I walk in cause I don't drive, longest I've waited was an hour. Make sure you have a phone on you because you will need it to scan a PR code and you have to do it for every member of your family if you go together.
