I need to get a covid test to get a job. I booked an appoiment. When i arrived they said that all appoiment have been canceled. What kind of service like that
If I could choose a rating, I would give them 0 stars. I had the worst and terrible experience here. The lady I was talking to was very rude and disrespectful. First of all, I had an appointment for a covid test and their website clearly says that anyone is eligible to take the covid assessment. The lady asked what my reason is for wanting to take the test. Worst experience ever, and this was before we even got the test. Rude staff, obnoxious, talk down, bad attitudes while talking to a fellow adult. This site does a disservice to Humber River Hospitals otherwise exceptional care. I left before I even had the test, the ladies here were so disrespectful. Quick service, I was out in 15 minutes and received my results within 15 hours. The results don’t specify PCR but just says RNA which is not accepted for travel. FYI
Fast and kid friendly here. I had one child to get tested and the whole process took under 20 minutes, including the 10 minute line-up outside. Our visit was early Saturday morning (thankfully they have weekend appointments) so the traffic problems from construction were nothing much. Parking is on the west side of the building for $5.
