Very extremely unprofessional nurse embarrassed my child who was there with her sister for a covid test. Made my child cry, and did my other child's test outside while ppl watched. They showed up qnd called and told the operator that they didn't have a vehicle to go through the drive through so she told them to stick near by and a nurse would come out and get them. They did just that and also decided it was professional to yell that they shouldn't be there as it's a breach of confidentiality all the while scanning my child i... read more
Everyone is friendly, the process is quick, I come from Kingston because I feel more comfortable in napanee's covid testing center. I am a healthcare professional and have been coming to this location since the very beginning of this covid-19 process. Highly recommend!!
