Fast service with competent staff. Was given the one they stick up your nose instead of the non invasive one.
In an empty waiting room, why do they run out of patience like this. We felt like we were a big inconvenience to them. Extremely rude doctors.
Process is very streamlined. Kids now have a non-invasive test called BON. It was nice and easy. Got test results the next day evening.
They literally lost my test and told me to come back for another. I didn't find this out until I reached out to them three days later. This far into the pandemic you would think everything would be simple by now.
Caring staff. In and out very seamlessly. Thank you.
