Very bad experience as the app is very misguiding on time for this location. The app boasts to show real time wait time but is very very off track. The wait time for this clinic was shown as 20 mins which increased to 25 mins as I reached but there was a long queue. As standing in the queue with more than 30 people the wait time reduced to 22 mins. Not sure if the clinic itself is responsible for updating the wait time or they were lying so that more people would come to the clinic only to freeze to death as there are seriou... read more
Unfortunately there’s no zero star option. This stuff doesn’t know what appointment time means!
It's okay, could be better managed but most of people don't make online checkin, hard to manage sudden queue up. Mostly ok
