I had my blood test done today by Preeti at Dynacare, and it was a great experience. She was professional, gentle, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. The procedure was quick and painless, and she explained everything clearly. Excellent service—highly recommend Preeti for blood work! 👏🏻💯
Very bad experience as the app is very misguiding on time for this location. The app boasts to show real time wait time but is very very off track. The wait time for this clinic was shown as 20 mins which increased to 25 mins as I reached but there was a long queue. As standing in the queue with more than 30 people the wait time reduced to 22 mins. Unfortunately there’s no zero star option. This stuff doesn’t know what appointment time means!
It's okay, could be better managed but most of people don't make online checkin, hard to manage sudden queue up. Mostly ok
