I wish I could give this place 0 stars. It's so bad. My 30 minute wait for my turn turned to 1hr and 40 minutes. Their app that I had registered for doesn't give me all of my bloodwork info. This company is a mess! They need to hire and TRAIN good people who know how to interact with people. All of dynacare needs new management and how to run as good as Lifelabs!!
The most worst woman you will ever encounter at the front desk in this location. Extremely rude behaviour with all the patients.
Everytime I go there,my arms gets bruised. Hurts and burns. Not supposed too...Also the waiting times are insane.
If you have nothing to do and you want to wait over an hour for you blood test, this is the place you looking for!!!! Never again soooo many Indians everywhere!!!!! Rude receptionist at the front
