I first saw Cat at the Brisbane store and then again at the Gold Coast store, and on both occasions her service and expertise were second to none. She makes you feel completely comfortable and is incredibly gentle throughout the entire process. I had such a lovely experience at Covetear Mermaid Beach! Kat was absolutely amazing. I first met her at the Brisbane studio, so I was so happy to see her again on the Gold Coast.
