This is an unusual review, but I really wanted to give them recognition. We had a patio cover that needed sky light replacement. After looking at photos and measurements, they sent a crew to do the work. They quickly realized that their sky lights were not compatible with our cover. I asked if they would return my deposit (I really did not expect them to.) They immediately sent it out, full refund. Had a CoverTech truck tailgating me down Franklin driving dangerously trying to get around me.
Our general contractor, Point Roofing, hired Covertech to replace a patio cover for us. The product is wonderful, and the people seemed great. However, from day one, all three seams and one of the gutters leaked. I have documented 37 points of contact with Covertech staff that have not resulted in our patio cover being fixed. The general contractor has attempted to get them to respond with no results. I have emailed Rich repeatedly, and have recorded some responses from him with no results.
