I’m not one to leave a bad review. I’ve been in business myself for over 40 years and know how customers are, act, feel and complain. I also know how important reviews are. This time, they designed a matching shade structure for our new patio, and it blends perfectly with the structure they did a few years ago. This is an unusual review, but I really wanted to give them recognition. We had a patio cover that needed sky light replacement. After looking at photos and measurements, they sent a crew to do the work. They quickly realized that their sky lights were not compatible with our cover. I asked if they would return my deposit (I really did not expect them to.) They immediately sent it out, full refund.
