Love Covert Ford of Hutto. I live in Georgetown, TX and purchased the vehicle new at the local dealership. After multiple horrible visits I was forced to find others for help. Now a repeat customer at Hutto Ford and everything was perfect again. Service staff is more than friendly and helpful. It's great when a business respects and values the customer.
I went in specifically for the advertised lease special on the Mach-E. Over the phone, the product specialist confirmed they had that exact trim. When I arrived, he brought out a different trim level and admitted they didn’t have the one I asked for. I didn’t even bother to test drive after that. Then they tried to push me into putting $5,000–$10,000 down on a deal. Classic bait-and-switch. Very dishonest.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 940 IT'S 1:25 AND I'M STILL HERE WAITING ON AN OIL CHANGE. IDK WHY THEY OVER BOOK. Now this is 8/22/25... I'm highly upset one person call to tell me my car will be ready and they were able to push my warranty thru only oil change will need to be covered. Today someone call me and say warranty didn't go thru. That's fine but my problem is ya'll need to be on the same page when giving information.
