Christian Arceneaux responded to us ASAP and got us the vehicle I’ve been wanting! We came from out of town and didn’t want to be all day long at the dealership. I am working with Chance, Bailey, and Brad (finance manager) at Covert Ford (Hutto) and pulling the trigger this Thursday on two vehicles. I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere for service if you value honest communication and accountability. I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at the Ford dealership’s service department was frustrating enough to warrant one. Communication was poor from the start — we were left in the dark about the status of our vehicle for days, and had to constantly follow up ourselves to get any updates. I sold a used vehicle to Covert Ford in Hutto and thanks to Staton Perry, this was by far the smoothest and most stress free sale of a vehicle I’ve ever had. Staton was easy and fair to negotiate with. He offered a fair price for my vehicle and even hand delivered the check to my house. He took care of all the paperwork too! I rarely post reviews online but I had to make an exception here because the process and service was outstanding!
I hope you don’t need anything after paying for your car because they are too busy to follow up or return calls. It’s been months on one item and several weeks on another. It’s always been my rule not to buy locally but my parents have always raved about Rox Covert. They had purchased at least 6 cars dating back to 80’s. Maybe his culture has left the company.
