I wish I could give y’all zero stars. We were forced to take our 2023 suburban here because of our warranty. We took it here last month May 2026 because every time I turned the wheel it made a horrible sound. We were clear when we talked to Richie about what we were experiencing over $3000 later and it’s not fixed. We were told that they went through a whole diagnostic to find what was wrong with it.
