Very impressed with all aspects of this service. Dominic and Joseph were extremely talented, hardworking, thorough, respectful and efficient. Would definitely recommend this outfit, given its professionalism, knowledge and excellent customer service.
We are in Grand Rapids, Michigan and have a Cover Safe automatic pool cover. We are replacing it after 8 years. Michigan needs MORE service techs! The wait time, even having a service contract was horrible. Alex is a service tech who finally serviced our pool last week. He was excellent and did a great job with the service and also, explaining why the cover needed to be replaced. Quality of product and our service tech is 5 star. They just need more service techs to cover the growing popularity of this cover.
