This was my first time using Cover Safe and boy. What a pleasant surprise. It’s so hard today to find any Service organization. That really cares about the customer and their product. Cover Safe was awesome. Andrew went above and beyond to diagnose and troubleshoot, my automatic, Pool Cover and he figured it out. If you want timely, professional, courteous service on your Pool Cover go with Cover Safe.

Andrew and Simon were great. They serviced my CoverSafe cover and got it back working after troubleshooting an electrical issue. They are phenomenal technicians and CoverSafe is an equally phenomenal product. Strongly recommend!
