Called to schedule service. They failed to show up for the appointment they made. No call or anything until the next day when I received a stupid stinking text saying the customer before more took more time than allotted and they gave me the next available appointment. We'll, that date too has come (AND GONE)! Again they no showed and this time I didn't even get a stupid stinking text. I will never hire this company for anything nor would I ever recommend them to anyone! Not even a democrat!
This was my first time using Cover Safe and boy. What a pleasant surprise. It’s so hard today to find any Service organization. That really cares about the customer and their product. Cover Safe was awesome. Andrew went above and beyond to diagnose and troubleshoot, my automatic, Pool Cover and he figured it out. If you want timely, professional, courteous service on your Pool Cover go with Cover Safe.
Our technician cam and did an amazing job adjusting our cover system!!! Couldn’t be happier.
Simon was very quick, resourceful, and helpful when fixing our cover!
