My pool cover came off its rails and tore, apparently due to high winds in my area (Green Valley). I contacted Cover Safe and was connected with Eddie Ramirez. He was very responsive and professional. It took about four weeks to have a cover replaced. A Tech, Joseph, first came out, was very efficient and made the measurements and removed part of the torn cover. Service Technician Jordan was outstanding. Very professional and really knew what to do. He was here on time and we are very pleased with Jordan and Cover Safe. It was a pleasure working with Mitchell and Eddie in getting the appointment scheduled and addressing my concerns and lessons for us on how to do basic maintenance regarding our pool cover. CoverSafe is great and very responsive. Had an issue with the pool cover the day before a large party and they were out in 30 minutes and found a piece of concrete from our construction had gotten it. Nick has such a positive attitude and is great to work with.
